“ We had a great experience at the rock house right before we went to Linville Caverns. The food is straightforward, nothing overly fancy, but everything we ate was really good. We didn't leave room for dessert, but the table next to us did, and it looked amazing. The inside of the restaurant is rustic, but suitable for all size parties. ”

Chicken salad and open faced pot roast sandwiches hit the spot. Vegetable beef soup wasn't the best but perfectly edible with a dash of salt. Famous Louise's Rock House Linville was wonderful value for lunch. The only complaint is the parking - backing out blindly into traffic sucks. Back in when ya park for a safer escape! ”
